The Begining...

_{I embarked my photography journey in 2008, by walking into a small photography studio in downtown Bristol, Rhode Island inquiring about a job. Initially they had nothing to offer. A few days later I recieved an unexpected call from the studio, offering a chance to assist and work within their creative space. During my tenure at the studio, I not only gained knowledge and expertise, but also formed a deep and enduring friendship with my mentors. Their guidance and the immersive experience at the studio were instrumental in shaping me to be the photographer I am today. In 2016, I decided to branched off on my own and took a courageous step forward founded Devon McWilliams Photography, marking the beginning of my solo career characterized by a profound love for capturing the beauty and emotions of weddings, events, and family portraits throughout Southern New England.}

_{To me, photography goes beyond mere profession; it's an immersive journey of crafting enchanting, imaginative, and genuine narratives for couples and families. It's more than mere images; it becomes a tangible part of one's legacy from those cherished moments. Photography grants me the ability to narrate stories through my lens, simultaneously creating artistic pieces for my clients. My Personal life...

_{I live in the charming town of Barrington, Rhode Island with my husband, Bryan, our son, Jack, and our two black labs, Auggie and Gracie.  When I'm not behind the camera, I embrace the role of a stay-at-home mom, cherishing every moment spent with my family. This dual perspective of both capturing moments and living them allows me to infuse a genuine and personal touch into every photograph.}
