By booking a session with Devon McWilliams Photography, you agree to our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and image usage. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The photographer retains image copyright, but clients receive a personal-use license. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or emergencies. Final edited images are delivered within the contracted days, with no refunds after delivery. We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances or lost images beyond our control.
